Themba Mazibuko CA (SA) FRM MBA
President and CEO
Themba Mazibuko is a highly sought-after financial services consultant and trainer who has delivered consulting and training engagements in 13 countries in Africa. He is an expert in the areas of Enterprise-wide Risk Management, Basel II/III, Asset and Liability Management, Credit Risk Management and Strategic Planning. He has over 23 years financial services sector experience having worked for KPMG South Africa as Senior Manager for bank audits, Absa Retail and Commercial Bank as Treasurer and Dupleix Institute as a Principal Consultant.
Over a 10 year consulting career, Themba has advised banking institutions on turn-around strategies, balance sheet optimisation and implementation of Basel II/III, Enterprise-wide Risk Management frameworks and Strategic Asset and Liability Management.
Themba founded Dupleix Institute in 2012. The institute has since then expanded operations in 13 countries in Africa and has a clientele of over 50.
Edward Mazibuko CA (SA)
Director Data Analytics
Edward Mazibuko is an expert Financial and Risk modeler who has built financial and risk models in more than 5 countries for a number of banking institutions. In addition to financial and risk modelling, Edward specialises in Enterprise-wide Risk Management and Financial Management. He has over 16 years financial management experience having worked as Head of Finance for companies in Zimbabwe and Botswana.
Edward leads the Financial and Risk modelling practice within Dupleix Institute and is also responsible for advising clients on system implementations and development.
Tafadzwa Mazibuko B.Acc (Hons)
Country Manager (South Africa)
Tafadzwa Mazibuko graduated from Africa University with a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours degree and has assisted with the establishment of Dupleix Institute in South Africa over a 6-year period. She has over 10 years’ financial management and administration experience and is responsible for Quality Control and accreditation processes within Dupleix Institute.
Tafadzwa is a published author of 2 books on success and motivation.

Sheila is an experienced Sales Consultant with more than 9 years in the training and development industry. She has industry knowledge of the financial services, mining, public sector and construction sectors.
Farisai Olga Maburutse
Project Manager
Farisai is a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager with 12 years of experience leading projects from concept to successful completion. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, she brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to every initiative. Kundai Muriwo
Software Developer
Kundai Muriwo is a skilled Software Developer and Full-Stack Engineer with a solid background in web development, backend systems, and data analytics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronic commerce and information systems from the Harare Institute of Technology. Kundai specializes in building modern, scalable, and efficient applications using technologies such as Laravel, Django, and Vue.js, along with relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL. He is proficient in Python, PHP, and React.js, enabling him to work seamlessly across both the frontend and backend of applications.
Beyond programming, Kundai also has experience in graphic design, using tools like Adobe Photoshop to enhance the user interface and branding of the platforms he develops.

Wadzanai holds multiple certifications in data analysis and visualization using Power BI, Excel, Python, R, Tableau and SQL.
